Research Support
Do you need support for your next study? We can help. As an equipment manufacturer, we can work with you to design and develop the instruments, hardware and software for whatever you require. Our modular laboratory microscopes are adaptable to any species, and our advanced software systems can handle large-scale clinical studies.
Some of our previous collaborations include the NIH, FDA, Emory University, Mayo Clinic, Case Western Reserve, Ciba Vision, and Alcon Labs.
Eye Bank Service Plan
Owners of the HAI EB-2000xyz or EB-3000xyz Eyebank Specular Microscope may opt in to our Eye Bank Service Plan. This annual plan includes:
- Unlimited phone, fax and e-mail support
- Free labor for factory repairs
- Free labor for annual on-site calibration validation/certification
- Free labor for annual on-site in-service training
